Career Path
When I first came to Lilly, I worked as an information analyst for two years. Then I became a system analyst. I am now attending an MBA program at Butler University, which is supported by Lilly through tuition reimbursement. I hope the combination of my IT background and the MBA degree will blend well and help me land a marketing job in the sales force at Lilly.
The Reason I Came to Lilly
I had worked for the Chinese government as an import/export agent for four years. Then, we moved to the United States, and I went to college and got two additional degrees. I had three job offers. I chose Lilly because of the international perspective that it offers, which fits my personal goal of marketing in the international area.
